How our sourcing approach works
Understanding your requirement
An enquiry begins with the information that makes the requirement specific: the exact part number, description, aircraft or engine type, quantity and preferred condition. Where a request includes multiple items, a clearly labelled spreadsheet helps keep each line identifiable. Include any alternative part numbers that your technical team has already accepted.
Reviewing the available options
We review your request as a sourcing enquiry. Component availability, condition, supporting documentation and delivery arrangements are confirmed for each quotation. Please tell us about documentation requirements, delivery deadlines and the destination at the outset, rather than assuming that every offered option will meet the same requirements.
Keeping the next step clear
For an urgent requirement, identify it as AOG and explain the required date. For routine procurement, include the date by which you need a response and the contact details of the person handling the enquiry. This gives both sides a clear reference when discussing options or requesting additional information.
Our aircraft parts inventory and sourcing page outlines the component categories and platforms we discuss. Use the contact page to send an RFQ or speak with the team.
For independent airworthiness information, visit the UK Civil Aviation Authority airworthiness resources and EASA aircraft and product resources. These are reference links; listing a component or sourcing option does not establish its eligibility for installation.
